Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28 August 2026

At REBS GLOBAL REALTY LIMITED, we are committed to providing transparent, professional, and reliable real estate services. Because our services may involve property listings, realtor registration, marketing, consultations, training, property management, and other professional services, our refund terms depend on the specific service purchased.

 Realtor Registration Fees

The REBS Realtor Registration Fee is a processing and onboarding fee.

Once payment has been successfully processed and the registration or onboarding process has commenced, the fee is generally non-refundable.

If a payment was made in error or duplicated, the client may contact us for review. Approved refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 Property Listing Fees

Listing fees paid to publish or promote a property on the REBS platform are generally non-refundable once the listing has been reviewed, published, promoted, or otherwise processed.

If a listing cannot be published because of a technical issue attributable to REBS, we may, at our discretion:

  Correct the issue and publish the listing;

 Extend the listing period; or

 Provide an appropriate credit or refund.

A refund will not normally be issued because a property has not received an inquiry, offer, viewing request, or sale.

Featured & Premium Listings

Fees paid for Featured, Premium, Boosted, or promotional listings are non-refundable once the promotional service has commenced.

Payment does not guarantee:

  1. A property sale;

  2. A rental agreement;

  3. A specific number of leads;

  4. A specific number of views;

  5. A particular investment return; or

  6. A specific transaction value.

Real Estate Consultation Services

Consultation fees are refundable only where the consultation is cancelled by REBS GLOBAL REALTY LIMITED or where a refund is otherwise expressly approved.

If a client needs to reschedule a consultation, we encourage them to contact us before the scheduled appointment.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without adequate notice may result in the consultation fee being forfeited.

Training & Academy Fees

Fees paid for REBS Training Academy (RGRTA) courses, workshops, masterclasses, or training programmes are subject to the terms applicable to the particular programme.

Where permitted, cancellation requests must be submitted before the programme begins.

Once course materials, digital resources, classes, examinations, or other programme services have been accessed or delivered, the applicable fee may become non-refundable.

 Property Management & Professional Services

Refunds for property management, renovation, interior design, construction, documentation support, advisory, or other professional services will depend on the stage of work completed.

Where work has already commenced, REBS may deduct:

  1. Services already provided;

  2. Administrative costs;

  3. Third-party costs;

  4. Materials purchased;

  5. Professional fees; and

  6. Other legitimate expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

Any remaining refundable balance will be determined after reviewing the specific engagement.

 Property Purchases & Real Estate Transactions

Payments relating to the purchase, lease, rental, investment, joint venture, or acquisition of a property are not automatically refundable simply because a client changes their mind.

Such payments may be subject to:

  1. The applicable property agreement;

  2. Offer or reservation terms;

  3. Contractual obligations;

  4. Developer or property-owner terms;

  5. Documentation and legal requirements; and

  6. Applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

Where REBS is acting as an intermediary, any refund may also depend on the terms agreed between the relevant parties.

 Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, a duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.

Failed Transactions

If your bank account or payment method was charged but our system did not successfully record your transaction, please contact us with your payment details.

We will verify the transaction with our payment processor and, where appropriate, either:

  1. Confirm the payment;

  2. Complete the service; or

  3. Initiate the appropriate refund process.

 Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
